Reporting and Payment Due Dates
The following indicates the report and payment due dates for the various property types.
Report Due—Life Insurance: Life Insurance, utilities, manufacturing, trade, professional services, communications: Before May 1. Governmental, banking, financial institutions and non-life insurance companies: Before November 1.
Report Due—All Others: All other types not listed above: Before May 1
Payment Due—Life Insurance: All report remittance payments due at time of report upload.
Payment Due—All Others: All report remittance payments due at time of report upload.
Exceptions:
Negative Report Required: Yes for business association holders with no reportable property who have: Annual sales of more than $1,000,000; Securities that are publicly traded; A net worth of more than $10,000,000; or More than 100 employees.
