The Communications Committee discusses best practices and innovations in promoting unclaimed property and helps identify articles and news to which NAUPA should respond.

When: Every Third Thursday – 3:00 PM ET, 2:00 PM CT, 1:00 PM MT, 12:00 PM PT
The Education Committee discusses educational opportunities for the association, including webinars, conference programming, and more. An agenda and relevant materials will be sent prior to the meeting.

The Legal Committee works to keep members abreast of the latest developments affecting unclaimed property legislation and litigation.

The Uniformity and Standardization Committee is currently focused on the creation of the NAUPA III Standard File Format.
